4. NETELLER |
|
 |
Another famous and popular system of electronic payments with significant use on the internet. Like in the case of moneybookers, NETELLER is an "electronic wallet" which the user loads and unloads with money at will and which he/she uses for his/her payment transactions over the internet. The procedure that needs to be followed in order for someone to use the specific system is the usual one. The first step involves creating a new account, a procedure that takes only a few minutes to complete. Having created the account, the user is then ready to use his new electronic wallet to make buys/payments over the internet. Initially your account has a low credit limit as well as there are limitations on the amounts of money you can transfer per transaction. |
In order to raise those limits you will have to confirm your personal details, the ones you entered when you created your account. The highest level your account can reach is premium, and offers you a total credit limit of 36300€, higher transaction limits when crediting/debiting your account or withdrawing, as well as the provision of a free NETELLER ATM card.
The deposit-withdraw scheme is the usual one, the user can credit his account with money immediately by either using his/her credit card or his/her bank account. In the latter case the fund transfer may be delayed up to 2 working days. Payments take place in an instant and there is nothing negative to mention when it comes to the system's reliability and security. We do however have complaints about the technical support service we received and we hope this was an isolated case. NETELLER belongs to a British company which has managed to promote it well and penetrate many markets.
Among the few negative points we noted was the non acceptance of Mastercard credit cards at the time of writing, something that can be fixed in the future. Overall, NETELLER is a very good and reliable system.
